1. Does this actually regrow hair?

No, and any brand telling you a topical cosmetic does is either uninformed or lying. Haevon is a cosmetic scalp serum. It's formulated to support the scalp environment — hydration, calm, barrier condition — and to make hair look and feel denser. For medical regrowth, the FDA-approved options are minoxidil and finasteride, and a dermatologist is the right person to talk to about those.

2. How long until I see something?

Scalp comfort changes in the first two weeks. Hair texture and hold, around weeks three to six. Anything visible at the part line sits in the 46–90 day window. If you want a fair test, give it ninety days — which is exactly what the guarantee covers.

3. Will it make my hair greasy?

No. It's a water-gel, not an oil. It dries in about 45 seconds and you can style straight over it. If you use it at night it won't transfer to your pillow.

4. Men or women?

Both. The formula is identical and the mechanism is the same. Roughly half our customers are women dealing with a widening part, and half are men dealing with the crown or temples.

5. Can I use it with minoxidil?

Most people do without issue, but apply them at least four hours apart — minoxidil at night, Haevon in the morning, or the reverse. If you're on a prescribed treatment, check with your prescriber first. We'd rather you ask than guess.

6. Is it safe for colour-treated or chemically-processed hair?

Yes. No sulfates, no denatured alcohol, no silicones. It won't strip colour or interfere with a keratin treatment.

7. What if it irritates my scalp?

Stop using it and email us — we'll refund you immediately, no ninety-day wait. Do a patch test behind your ear first if you have reactive skin.

8. How long does one bottle last?

100ml is about thirty days of daily use. The applicator meters the dose, so you'll use roughly the same amount every time rather than over-applying the way you would with a dropper.

9. What if it doesn't work for me?

Photo on day one, photo on day ninety, email us both, full refund, keep the bottles. That's the whole policy — and the 90 days start the day you begin using it, not the day you order.

10. How fast is shipping?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped tracked. Standard delivery typically takes 10–30 business days depending on your location. Free on orders over $49.99.
