Where we ship

All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Cost

Free shipping on orders over $49.99.
Orders under $49.99: $6.99 flat.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 10–30 business days from the day your order ships, depending on your location. We know that's longer than a lot of retailers — we'd rather tell you the real window up front than promise something we can't keep.

Tracking

Your tracking link updates as the carrier scans your package. It can take a few days to show the first movement after your order ships — that's normal.

Packaging

Plain outer box. Nothing on the outside indicates what's inside.

If your package is late or lost

Email support@haevon.com. If it's been more than 30 business days since your order shipped with no tracking movement, we'll send a replacement or a refund — your call.

A note on the 90-Day Guarantee

Shipping time never eats into your guarantee window. The 90 days start the day you begin using the product, not the day you place your order.
