The 90-Day Density Guarantee

Use Haevon daily for 90 days. Take a photo on day 1 and a photo on day 90 — same room, same lighting, same part. If your hair doesn't look denser, email both photos to support@haevon.com and we'll refund your order in full. You keep the bottles.

Irritation or reaction

If Haevon irritates your scalp, stop using it and email us. We refund immediately — no 90-day wait, no photos, no questions.

Unopened returns

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first for a return label. We cover return shipping on unopened items.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement at no cost. Do not return the damaged item.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We'll email you when it's issued.
