Why we ask for photos

Because “I don't think it worked” and two photos taken ninety days apart are different things, and the photos are usually kinder to the product than the memory is. Either way, you get your money.

Why ninety days and not thirty

Hair grows on a cycle. Nothing visible happens in the first month, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a disappointment. Days 1–14 are about scalp comfort. Days 15–45 are about texture and hold. Days 46–90 are the window worth photographing. That's why the guarantee runs as long as it does.
